Disliked: Cleanliness, room comfort
The room was extremely small, but clean. Lobby was a mess, no one to check you in. Everything is electronic check in and the cell service was bad. The virtual check in didn’t allow us to check our bags but a miss finally came down and she helped check our bags. Not a nice neighborhood. If you’re looking for cheap and you don’t care about anything else then this is your place. I’m 6ft tall. Gotta watch your head on those bunk beds. We only stayed 1 night and had to go somewhere else.

Checked in after midnight due to late flight arrival. Nice and close to Haneda Airport and Family Mart right outside. Checked in via QR Code and video call with someone off site. Room and bathroom were tight however value for money and served the purpose of providing a bed for 1 night with a late flight. Would recommend for the same purpose.
Late flight landing with family made staying at this hotel, 10 mins by taxi from Haneda, was ideal. Very simple and small but perfect for one night sleep for our family before entering the crazy and fun times in Tokyo. You can check in at anytime with key codes. Very responsive and friendly English speaking g virtual night porter guides you through the check in process via iPad.
Very hot inside the room, the air conditioning didn't work. There's no front desk person at the hotel you have to talk to someone on a screen. Bad communication with hotel staff ! They advertised the room as a two bedrooms, but what you get instead is a very small room with a bunk bed that feels like a jail cell !

An interesting experience -- full automation
This was new one for me... a completely unmanned hotel. Check-in is done talking to someone remotely on a video screen; a door code is given to get into the hotel, and another door code to get into your room (there are no keys). The room had a mini-fridge. Instead of a TV, it had a projector and a screen. The place was very clean, although (surprising for Japan) there was a shower but no bathtub. Rooms facing the street will have some noise on occasion, but it's not a big street. A city bus goes right from in front of the hotel to Haneda Airport for 240 yen, or you can walk for 5 minutes to the Keiku train station to get into town. It's in a fairly quiet part of town, with a Family Mart across the street. Wifi is fine. Checking out is done by scanning a QR code on the door.
The cost is reasonable but next time I will consider getting a bigger room. The beds are adequate for 2 people but there is not enough room to open 2 big suitcases.
There is no phone in the room. I am not sure if the bidet was working or it is just me, but of all the 3 other hotels where I stayed for this vacation, this is the first time I couldn’t get the bidet to work. The floor is also a cement which I didn’t see in the picture prior choosing the hotel. The virtuaL receptionist is excellent.

Clean and basic bur cramped.
The room overall is clean but tight space....if youte crashing for the night before flying out, then its adequate.
It is good distance by walking from station to this hotel and there are several convince stores and a local supermarket near. However, the room condition is not good. There are hairs on the bed and there are mold in the bathroom.
