Exceptionally good hotel in a great location just a couple of minutes walk to two subway stations. Rooms are very comfortable and relatively spacious for Tokyo. Very good facilities and complimentary drinks and snacks in the communal lounge. We will be returning!

What a hidden Gem! Fantastic hotel with fantastic hosts. I checked in late they were very accommodating, the room was great smart TV for a movie before bed. Super clean room, hot shower, great layout would 10/10 book here again!

Hospitable , accommodating, nice hard working staff. The place was super clean. The area surrounded by restaurants and so close to the train station. If you are not able to use the staircase, let them know ahead of time because there’s no elevator. I would highly recommend this hotel and would go back the next time we visit.

That staff was very welcoming. The location was perfect for walking into Shinjuku or getting to Shin-Okubi station for an easy ride anywhere in Tokyo. Laundry was free, there was light breakfast in the morning, and sake and soba in the evening.

My family stayed at this hotel for two nights and three days, and there was not a single inconvenience during our stay. All of the staff were kind and provided quick responses, and the hotel’s location was excellent since it was very close to the subway station, making it easy to get to major tourist attractions. In addition, the café that offered complimentary snacks and light meals was outstanding and the food was very delicious. We were truly satisfied with our stay and would love to come back again.

The property is located in an ideal spot due to its proximity to two stations. The metro lines were easy for us to use and access. But what really set this place apart from others is the hospitality of the staff and cleanliness of the rooms. They offer amenities like snacks throughout the day, help with luggage storage and delivery if needed and provide toiletries for all your needs. My husband especially appreciated the shower water pressure! Mgr Moon and the staff were super helpful in guiding us through how to use the luggage delivery services in Japan. She was also always very friendly and helpful with carrying suitcases up the stairs (no elevator) and in providing advice for the places we were planning to visit. She even reminded us they serve sake and snacks in the evening free of charge to relax in the lounge. We liked it so much we hope to return soon!
