A very large room with separate sleeping area. Small kitchen with coffee capsule machine, freezer and refrigerator. Large dining table for 6 and two tv. Few hundred meters to different subway lines. We got a really good price for the amount of space we had traveling with two small children who had plenty of room to run around and play

This hotel is simple not fancy but has everything everything you need. It’s not only a room, it has a washer inside your room, full kitchenette, 2 tvs, big table. Clean. I room per floor. We just love it. Price very accessible

It was perfect for my family of 5 adults and 2 kids (5 & 9 yrs old). Was able to request an early check-in since our flight from LAX was early. The receptionist took our luggage since we arrive early before the requested early check-in. Room is just perfect for my family and was a joy to return to at the end of walking around Tokyo. Kitchen is perfect for cooking breakfast in the morning. The added washer/dryer with soap is a bonus and perfect for mid week and end of the week laundry. The mid week cleaning was perfect if you plan to stay more than 5 days. The staff are all wonderful and very helpful throughout our stay and will definitely consider booking again.
