Rooms were very clean, small but expected for Japan. Staff were extremely friendly and welcoming. You don’t need to bring any toiletries they’re all provided! We ended up using there instead of our own the shampoo and conditioner was lovely. Very friendly staff and helpful. Check in and out was quick. Staff speak English very well. Hotel is close to a JR station and a subway station. You're able to walk 15min to Akihabara.
