No Amenities! Nothing At all! Location is okay, but not much in the area. Stations near by, but go the Shinjuku mainly. Quiet, but very small room, not 228sqft. Bathroom was nice and water pressure was excellent. Bathroom gifts were very nice. Mattress was very old, and has seen better days. Over all it was a 3 star place. Rooms were nice and quiet. I stayed 10 nights. Overall it was a decent stay, but not even a room to sit in and work or surf online. No Amenities in Any Way!

Only note is that they do not have Netflix or youtube on their TVs, instead they have a phone screen casting app which doesn’t allow for Netflix watching and such due to screen sharing on Netflix’s side

This is a good location in Tokyo if you'd like to access the crazy area of Shinjuku, but want someplace quiet to return to. It's a quieter, residential area, so good night's sleep with no traffic noise. About a ten minute walk to public transport. Buses are a good option to explore the area.
