A great place for anyone traveling Tokyo. Really close to train stationd (Sobu and Mita lines). A quiet neighborhood with lots of restaurant to try around. The staffs are very helpful and communicate well in English. The rooms are always clean and we appreciate the amenities that the hotel have - everyone will appreciate the massage chair after a long day of walking. We will definitely book this hotel again if we travel Tokyo in the future.

location was excellent. 5 mins walk to the train station/convenience stores/pharmacy. 10-15 mins walk to Tokyo Dome and the local Don Quijote. Our room was cleaned eery day, they provided amenities, PJs, and luggage services. Has laundry service on 3rd floor. Would definitely stay here again.

Hotel Niwa was exceptional. I can’t say enough about the relaxing ambiance in every inch of this hotel. The restaurants were phenomenal and the staff were so friendly and welcoming. Truly breathtaking views, comfortable beds and super convenient to walk to the train. My only regret is that I didn’t stay for longer to take advantage of the refresh lounge and massage room. Highly recommend this hotel and will stay again!
