Hotel in general is great. Is located in a quiet neighborhood just 15 mins walking from central Shinjuku and close to Shinjuku Station for local trains and if planing to take bullet trains. Depending on you room, there are two separate buildings a block from each other but that was not an issue. Plenty of restaurants, convenience stores and a 24 hour laundromat. Staff is very friendly and check in was a breeze. I will keep this hotel on my list for return trips.

Check in and check out process was smooth. Staff was very courteous and cooperative. They kept our luggage in the locker before and after check in which was a huge convenience. The only thing that I could complain about is the mattresses which were not very comfortable. Overall, recommend for it’s amenities and proximity to subway station as well as shopping.

Didn't realise the room was in a different building to the actual hotel, the room was not in a great condition there were lots of holes in the ceiling which was weird. It was a little small and hard to fit the suitcases. Only thing I liked was there was microwave available and also luggage storage service available which was quite useful for us to leave our luggage for a few days.
