We had a great stay at Caption. Beautifully designed and spacious rooms. Staff were lovely and helpful. Restaurant downstairs had great food and ambiance, we loved the live jazz night. Super helpful location close to 2 different metro stations and a 10 min walk to Tokyo station.

The room was modern and large compare to other Japanese brand hotels we have stayed on this trip. I really appreciate having plenty of electrical plugs for all of our devices next to both sides of the bed. There was no breakfast buffet but they had American and Japanese set breakfast that were adequate. The hotel was about 20 mins walk from Tokyo station or 1200 yen cab ride. There is a local train station entry on the same block as the hotel so you can take either Tozai or Hibiya line to some of the tourist attractions. Hotel staff were polite and friendly. I would stay here again.

Excellent stay and the Caption by Hyatt Kabutocho. Check in was easy and they allowed us to access our room early. Room was very spacious and well furnished. Bathroom was well appointed and nicely decorated. Common space and lounge/breakfast area were both well furnished and serviced. Staff were extremely polite and helpful. The banana bread for breakfast was the best I have ever had. Check out was simple and efficient. Highly recommend.
