This hotel was in an excellent location with great amenities. The staff was extremely helpful. We traveled as a family of 4 and having the washing machine in the room was a plus! Greatly recommend this hotel.

Great little quiet hotel with friendly people working the desk who helped us with transportation questions etc Our room was more than enough for 3 adults + everything clean as a whistle + laundry facilities in the hotel + short walk to the train station and lots of food options Big thanks to the nice staff!

This hotel is on par! They do not offer cleaning service everyday but they have rules for guests to follow to help maintain the rooms clean. They also have a kitchen and laundry access in the rooms which was a big help. If you need anything, there’s always a staff in the main lobby to help. Also, close location to trains. We will recommend this hotel to others and plan to rebook if we visit again.

Everything is clean , organized and well prepared. If you’re going there make sure to ask the staff if they speak English. Not all of them can speak but you have to make an adjustment for them. Overall great service.

Excellent location that’s so convenient to Ueno Station. The surrounding area is fantastic, lots of food and shopping options. The room is spacious for four people. The washing machine is great to have. Never heard any noise from any other guests. Very clean with a great kitchen and nice staff. I’d definitely stay there again.

Staff friendly, easy check in and check out process. The room was spacious, nice kitchenette, laundry in unit with air dryer. Took a while to understand how to use the dryer which is in the shower room. i think they need to change the flooring, as it was coming out a bit, and the color scheme made it look stained and dirty. Other than that good stay

Amazing stay this hotel is brand new and everything is exceptional. The location was so close to everything food stores the train station Akihabara. Ueno Park. Very kind and attentive. They allow luggage storage the room was very beautifully decorated with large comfortable beds a full kitchen area and advanced high-tech bathroom and separate shower and tub 10 out of 10. I can't recommend this hotel enough

Very good hotel near Ueno park and station, the room is unexpectedly large and the staffs are very helpful. The only complaint I had was the oily odor (like the smell produced by frying foods) in the room, it was subtle but confirmed by the air recycler in the room which sometimes showed orange light (which indicates poor air quality). I wondered if the odor came from many restaurants and grill bars near the hotel. If this was solved, Toki would definitely be the hotel worth revisiting in Tokyo.

Everything was fantastic. Literally nothing to complain about. Rooms and bathroom were big for Japan hotel standards, and you will find everything you need in the room itself (e.g. big fridge, washing machine, microwave, shower room with heater blower to keep the shower room warm during bathing and also has function to dry washed clothes overnight effectively, etc.). Room was clean and nicely furnished. Staffs were friendly and responsive to help needed. Highly recommended.

Wonderful and memorable stay! We absolutely loved our stay at this hotel! Our room was very clean, comfortable, and impressively spacious. The beds were big enough for our family of four, which made our stay even more comfortable. It had a TV, as well as a dining and kitchen area with a refrigerator, and although we didn’t use the stove and washing machine, it was great having them available. The bathroom was another highlight, featuring a bathtub and a separate shower area—perfect for relaxing after a long day out. The location was excellent and very convenient, very close to Ueno train stations, which made getting around incredibly easy. The staff were fantastic—very friendly, helpful, and able to speak English, which made everything so much easier. It was truly a memorable stay on our first trip to Japan, and we couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Highly recommend, and we’ll surely be back soon!

2박을 하였고 우에노역에서 매우가깝습니다. 역 동쪽에 있어 복잡한 시장주변이 아니어서 매우 조용하고 쾌적한 위치에 있습니다. 공원이나 시장도 큰대로 한번만 건너면 바로입니다. 모두 도보 10분거리로 가능합니다. 디럭스트윈룸이었고 주방및 모든 시설이 있는 아파트입니다. 조명 등 모든 시설들이 잘 정돈되어있어 편하게 지냈습니다. 두사람이 쓰기에 매우 넓습니다. 4인정도가 써도 여유있는 크기입니다. 파트타임으로 한국 직원이 있어 편했고 다른직원들도 간단한 영어 가능합니다. 큰빌딩의 호텔은 아니지만 아주 편하게 집차럼 머무를수있는 흔치않은 곳입니다.
