Hotel in excellent location for Tokyo visitors. Easy access to Shinagawa station and restaurants. Staff were very helpful and always smiling. Room size was adequate and was kept very clean with good toiletry supplies. I would highly recommend this Hotel.

I left my phone on the train, so we had to book a last minute hotel to try to get my phone back the next day. The front desk was able to call Lost & Found & interpret for me so that I could get my phone back. They came to my room to provide updates personally. When we didnt know how to use the washer/dryer, once again he came up personally to show us. Its all about the personal touch in Japan....this is the type of service that deserves a tip, but we didnt want to insult them. They even called us a cab for us to get our luggage back to the station. We were so impressed by the staff that we booked another 5 nights at the end of our trip there. The room was nice, clean & the toiletries were luxurious. Very close to the train station too, but it is an uphill walk. So if you have lots of luggage, then I suggest a quick taxi ride (about 1000Y), plus there is lots of construction around the station too.

Just a 10 minute, slightly uphill, walk from shinagawa station, the hotel was in a quiet neighborhood. Theres also a 711 across the street! Staff members were friendly and helpful wiyh our questions.

I absolutely loved staying here. Everyone was so helpful.It's not right in the heart of the most busiest parts of the city, but that was a benefit for me.The JR line was a quick walk and really easy to use and took me all the places I wanted to go. Would stay again for sure.
