I left my phone on the train & the staff talked to the train station in Japanese & kept us in informed in English. Rather than call up to our room, the staff came to our room to talk to us. They came to the laundry to help us with our laundry too. So courteous, kind & helpful!!

The staff was helpful and location was good however we had issues. For one there is no AC and the windows barely open. Every night we would sweat and wake up wet even during winter and there was nothing that could be done. There is no individual climate control and we are subject to whatever temperature the staff would choose. Second the sink has very low water pressure. It was annoying to wash anything. Mainly because of the AC we ended up visiting other parts of Japan to try to get a good nights sleep.
