Great location for Shinjuku, very small clean enough space lower 3rd floor room with some expected outside noise during the night. Higher might be quieter. I found the bed was too soft, not good for the back posture. Spa is good but only used it one night. They only clean every 3rd day unless you request, but provide fresh towels if placed outside.

The location is very good and center of Shinjuku. It closes to Shinjuku Station about 1300. A lot of restaurants and shopping near by, just within few minutes walking.

Loved it and would definitely stay again at that same location. Very clean and they brought new towels and robes everyday. They also restocked the coffee, creamer, and sugar everyday.
