Room was very neglected. Black mould on the bath tiles around the tub. Free coffee but no cups. Stayed two nights and the room wasn’t cleaned after first night. We were just left with extra towels. Overall, not a very good experience.

The bathroom was dirty, when you closed the door, you could see the caked dirt in the corner. Paint was peeling off wall above bathroom door, tub was dirty, and the room across the hall from us had a broken door with crime scene tape all over it!

Dirty room, empty used alcohol bottle under the bed, full smell of cigarette in areas apparently smoke free. Bags of dog poop inside of the room. Elevator out of use for 3 days, I need to walk with equipment and luggage every day, keeping in mind that I have back issues. Breakfast is not breakfast cold/freezing eggs, no orange juice the day 2. Unacceptable experience. Never come back.

Staff could not help me with credit card issue. Almost had to sleep in my truck. Cas was compromised and bank canceled it. I offered a significant deposit on debit and was denied. Thankfully a kind lady helped me out that was staying there. There was an odour to the room that smelled like mold and uncleanly. There was no soap, or plug for drain. I will never stay at another Travelodge ever again

Ugh, so I recently stayed at this hotel and it was a total disaster. Right from the start, things went south. Check-in was a nightmare. I'd booked and paid a week ahead, but when I got there, my card decided to stop working for "security reasons." I even offered cash, but they wouldn't take it, so I wasted a good half hour just trying to get in. And then the room? Not clean at all, and my bathroom had a leak!.
