Staff could not help me with credit card issue. Almost had to sleep in my truck. Cas was compromised and bank canceled it. I offered a significant deposit on debit and was denied. Thankfully a kind lady helped me out that was staying there. There was an odour to the room that smelled like mold and uncleanly. There was no soap, or plug for drain. I will never stay at another Travelodge ever again

Ugh, so I recently stayed at this hotel and it was a total disaster. Right from the start, things went south. Check-in was a nightmare. I'd booked and paid a week ahead, but when I got there, my card decided to stop working for "security reasons." I even offered cash, but they wouldn't take it, so I wasted a good half hour just trying to get in. And then the room? Not clean at all, and my bathroom had a leak!.
