Stayed here for 2 nights. Staff and very friendly and helpful. Room was a good size very comfortable bed. Restaurant serves up a very good variety of foods. Breakfast has plenty of choices to choose from. Would definitely recommend this hotel.

My stay was very disappointing from the moment I arrived. Despite the confirmed 12:00 PM check-in time, I was made to wait until 2:00 PM without a satisfactory explanation or apology. The reception staff were unwelcoming, aggressive in their attitude, and far from customer-friendly. Instead of making guests feel valued, they came across as rude and unhelpful. A warm welcome and courteous service are basic expectations in a hotel like "The South Park"and unfortunately, the experience was bad including from the bar staff. I hope the management addresses these issues by improving staff training and ensuring check-in times are clear in the booking confirmation.

Staff are extremely courteous - the strongest point here However - rooms are dated; Aircon is pretty bad and the bathroom floors are slippery Suggestions for improvement- sort the central A/ C ; either go for non slip floors in the bathrooms or supply washable anti slip mats for the shower area

Old bedding with hard mattress... buffet was crowded with less staff...food was ok...but even coffee or tea was not available and many people were complaining for the same...so we left with out taking any...front desk was very good and smooth check in and smooth check out. Housekeeping simple needs were promptly attended...

The room was functionally ok. Some of the accessories fittings and outlets were dated. Towels were old and worn out. Not enough desk space for anyone to work with Laptop. Gym was functionally ok but dated equipment too. But good enough for a quick day visit. Staff was courteous.

The staff at the restaurant were courteous. The bellman were eager to help. Ofcourse expecting tips at each time. WIFI sucked. Actually I had tonuse my data if I wanted to get any work done. TV is from 1999 and only had local language channels. And never explained how to turn it on as the switch is located away from the TV. The handicap room was pretty spacious but located next door to party hall. So the noise during events with loud music was unbearable to sleep. Breakfast was average. Same dishes everyday. Front desk staff could use some training. House keeping staff were great even though I onky utilized cleaning service 3 times out of 10 nights stay. I had 2 rooms. Had to vacate one of the rooms within 5 days due to very strong mold smell. Even though I had purchases travel insurance, Expedia declined to refund the cancellation. As I paid in full for both rooms, I end up staying for all 10 nights. The 2nd room stayed empty for 5 nights. I wouldn't recommend this place for business travelers.

The property was being remodeled, so our floor was dusty/smelly (they did offer us a replacement room, but we were too tired to change the rooms). The rooms and amenities look aged! Staff was excellent.
