"The staff there were exceptional, and friendly. There were two elevators, we got on the first one that opened up, stepped inside and took a ride to who knows where. It is the first time I ever seriously thought about pushing the emergency button, but I used my cell phone to call the front desk. When we did get to our room, I found the light switch cover broken and stuck partially in the wall, with other plates cracked. The toilet also acted up, but being a Master Plumber I was able to resolve that issue myself. The HVAC unit would make an extremely loud noise, which woke us up, several time’s. Breakfast was dismal, even though the staff went out of their way to be helpful. Pass it off as a COVID ordeal! "…""The staff there were exceptional, and friendly.
