However, keys given to other guests ( walking in whilst a guest was in bed- totally unacceptable) No working radiators, yet showers scolding hot, freezing cold rooms - used towels for extra warmth, rooms offered to our elderly party down the metal fire escape stairwell - we refused, no working lift. For the price we paid - it’s reflected in facilities. Spotless rooms and lovely staff that tried hard. "

Only negatives where the bed wasn’t very comfortable for me personally and the pub customers outside the pub smoking and leaving where very loud, but fine after 11.30. "The lift was out of use which was not ideal. My guest struggles to walk after smashing her ankle last May and we were on the top floor. The receptionist did move us to floor two but we arrived Friday and left Sunday - but the lift was still out of order. The rooms were clean. And breakfast was good. "
