A cozy 81-square-meter apartment that can accommodate up to 4 people, located on the third floor of a building on the main street without an elevator. The apartment overlooks the ski slopes, Mount Priesnig, and part of the Julian Alps. Just a few meters away is the Alpe-Adria bike path, a cycling route connecting Salzburg to Grado.

The apartment consists of a living room, kitchen, two bedrooms, and a bathroom.



The interior layout is as follows:



- LIVING ROOM with sofa and TV;

- KITCHEN with gas stove, refrigerator, moka pot, electric kettle, oven, toaster, kitchen utensils, and dining table;

- BEDROOM I with a double bed, closet, and dresser;

- BEDROOM II with two single beds and a closet;

- BATHROOM with shower, sink, bidet, and toilet.



ADDITIONAL AMENITIES AVAILABLE TO GUESTS: independent heating, hair dryer, and iron.



PLEASE NOTE: there is one step at the building’s entrance.

The building does not have an elevator—the apartment is on the third floor.

We need this procedure to verify your information and documents and to send the information to the Alloggiati Web police service, which is the Italian procedure for registering guests staying in Italy.

. The use of air conditioning and heating is subject to compliance with current Italian regulations (Presidential Decree No. 74 of April 16, 2013).

In summer, the average air temperature must not fall below 26°C for all types of buildings.

In winter, the weighted average air temperature must not exceed 20°C.



Please note that check-ins after the specified time must be arranged directly with the property and are subject to the following surcharges:

- 21.00 - 23.00: €25.00;

- 23.00 - 24.00: €30.00;

- 24:00 - 01.30: €40.00.



Tarvisio is a highly popular tourist destination year-round: during the warmer months for its cultural and natural beauty, and during the colder months for its winter sports attractions.

All around the center of Tarvisio, the municipal area is dotted with charming villages and must-see nature trails.

- Predil Quarries: 13 minutes by car

- Fusine Lakes: 16 minutes by car

- Val Bartolo and Val Saisera: 20 minutes by car

- Nuova Priesnig Chairlift (ski slopes): 3 minutes by car



The most convenient and comfortable way to reach Tarvisio (and the apartment) and get around the area is by car. You can reach Tarvisio by taking the highway A-23 and exiting at “Tarvisio” (note: this is the last exit in Italy), or by taking State Road 13, which will take you directly from Udine to Tarvisio through the entire Val Canale.



Across from the property, there is a paid parking lot along the street (blue lines), while a short walk away there is a free one—which is NOT available on Tuesdays and Saturdays due to the market.
