A comfortable apartment of approximately 50 square meters, sleeping up to 6 people, located on the first floor of a building without an elevator.

The property is surrounded by greenery, just a short walk from the Golf Club, hiking trails, ski slopes, and the Alpe Adria Bike Path. In addition, the center of Tarvisio is about a 15-minute walk away.

The apartment consists of a living room with a kitchenette, two bedrooms, a bathroom, and two small terraces.

- LIVING ROOM with KITCHENETTE (induction cooktop, dishwasher, refrigerator, freezer, microwave, coffee maker, electric kettle, wine glasses, and various kitchen utensils), dining table, sofa bed, and TV;

- The building does not have an elevator; you will need to climb stairs to reach the apartment.

- The surrounding garden is for shared use by the building’s residents; so it will be shared with other guests.

- The most convenient way to reach the apartment is by car. A private, covered, and reserved parking space—also suitable for SUVs—is available to guests in the adjacent building (No. 80). The assigned parking space is number 22.

If you’re traveling by car, to get to Tarvisio you can take the E70 and the A23 from Venice or Trieste; from there, take the SS13 to your destination.



- From the Friuli Venezia Giulia Airport, you can reach the apartment in about an hour and thirty minutes by car; Alternatively, you can take a train to Pontebba and then bus line 200 to the Tarvisio Via Alpi Giulie stop; from there, the apartment is about a 15-minute walk.



- From Venice Airport, the most convenient way to reach the property is by car, with a journey time of about 2 hours (210 km).



- From the Udine train station, you can reach the apartment in about an hour by car (110 km); otherwise, you can take the regional train to the Carnia stop, from where you’ll need to take bus line 200 to the Tarvisio via Alpi Giulie stop, a 15-minute walk from the accommodation.
