A wonderful 50-square-meter mountain-style home, ideal for 5 people, located on the mezzanine level of a building without an elevator.

The property is located in the hamlet of Camporosso in Valcanale, just a few minutes from Tarvisio, in a setting surrounded by nature and offering a splendid view of Mount Lussari. The ski slopes and the Alpe-Adria Bike Trail are just a short distance away.

The accommodation consists of a living room, two bedrooms, a bathroom, and a private garden. A parking space is also available.

The apartment is laid out as follows:

- LIVING ROOM with dining table, a queen-size sofa bed, and a 32-inch Smart TV;

- KITCHENETTE with an induction cooktop, refrigerator, oven, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, wine glasses, and various kitchen utensils;

- BEDROOM 1 with a double bed, dresser, and closet;

- BEDROOM 2 with a bunk bed and a closet;

- BATHROOM with shower, sink, toilet, and bidet;

- GARDEN (approximately 30 square meters) accessible from the living room.



ADDITIONAL AMENITIES AVAILABLE TO GUESTS: unlimited Wi-Fi, independent heating, washing machine (in the basement), iron and ironing board, clothesline, and hair dryer.



Guests will also have access to a basement, where the washing machine is located, and a parking space in the building’s shared parking lot.

- The building does NOT have an elevator; so you will need to climb stairs.

- To access the garden, there is a landing with a few steps: please use caution.

- The property does NOT have air conditioning or fans, but the environment remains pleasantly cool thanks to the altitude (820 m above sea level).
