"Staff was friendly. Hotel is okay at best. Mattress needs replacement (deep divots on both side of mattress). Spotted a couple cockroaches in the bathroom. Shower makes strange noises, had to turn it off and on multiple times to make it stop. Bathroom fan completely covered in dust and dirt. The door to the room has to be forced closed. Moral of the story "you get what you pay for". For the price, this met expectations. "

"Beautiful property on the Rappahannock River. Can tell it’s a little older. Everything was clean. It was nice that the linens were provided. We did have to make the beds with the sheets that were provided. The water toys were a blessing. Kitchen nicely stocked. Ashley was easy to get in touch with and check in was seamless."

"The cabin is very pet friendly and comfortable. The location is excellent for exploring the area and then having a quiet place to chill rather in the middle the tourist rush. This is a rustic A frame, with heat, ac, tv, great water pressure and many little treasures throughout. "
