"The carpet was dirty, hair was in the trash can, walls smudged with brown stuff looking like (f$$$). I itched all night, TV SITS on top the dresser, the bed sounds like a tin CAN and it smells like feet. NO- i do not want to here "WORKERS" stop here. They have a right to stop anywhere they want. It's the facility responsible to CLEAN thoroughly. Pet Friendly- Owners, please considered assigned rooms /floor for animals as folks suffer with allergies. The bathroom linen was DINGY. Please take more pride in the business. This Inn is very much needed in the area."

"Beautiful property on the Rappahannock River. Can tell it’s a little older. Everything was clean. It was nice that the linens were provided. We did have to make the beds with the sheets that were provided. The water toys were a blessing. Kitchen nicely stocked. Ashley was easy to get in touch with and check in was seamless."

"My wife and family had an absolutely amazing time at this location. It is a perfect place to completely unwind and just enjoy yourself. Literally just a few steps from the water, tons of wildlife (including seeing a bald eagle), and so peaceful you can't help but relax. Plenty of sleeping room for a large family, a large living room, and a sun room offering the best sunrise views I have ever seen. The hot tub was very spacious, clean, and most enjoyable. I highly recommend this property for anyone looking for a relaxing vacation away from the masses."
