Tuvimos muchos problemas todos los días para tener agua caliente. Nos tuvieron esperando en el baño mas de 25 minutos para resolvernos si se podia prender o no el boiler y si íbamos a tener agua caliente. Nunca nos avisaron y tuvimos que irnos a trabajar sin bañarnos porque no se resolvió 2 días seguidos.
Desayuno buffet el domingo. Muy rico y variado
mezcal y tequila con vista al lobby (buenos precios pero creo que deberían tener mejores marcas de tequila)
Área de trabajo o juegos de mesa con muy bonita vista

The hotel is modern with great dinning restaurant. Convenient location 5 minutes away from downtown tapalpa. Great sunsets and greenery. A mi familia le encantó el hotel. Esta hubicado en buen lugar cerca del centro de tapalpa. El restaurante ofrece muy buena comida. Sus trabajadores muy amables y hacen lo posible por asistir.

El hotel está precioso… que gusto que que haya hoteles. De esa calidad en Tapalpa que cada vez tiene más turismo!!! Todo impecable, solo el baño tenía cierto olor a drenaje. El personal excelente y me encantó la bolsita que te regalan al llegar, com tus cremas de belleza!!

El hotel tiene apenas unos meses de haberse estrenado por lo que está impecable. Todo el personal es muy amable y a pesar de estar al borde de la carretera, los cuartos son muy silenciosos. El restaurante bastante bueno por lo que es una excelente opción para quien no quiere salir mucho del hotel.
