Won’t ever again will book with this airline again (interject) worts experience ever .Where the employees and corporation not willing to help customers in any type of way . Unfortunately I arrived to the airport late due to a family emergency . The supervisor in charge at that time was very unprofessional. Extremely poor customer Servise . Lack of professionalism.Approaching me in English , having the whole conversation (it was more like an argument.) (I guess that he had a bad day and unfortunately I was the customer who he decided to take all his frustration on ) He told me that there was nothing that he was able to do and if I wasn’t happy to call customer service he gave a piece of paper in Spanish I am guessing with the customer service phone number. When I asked for one in English he refuses to give me one in the same language that we had the entire conversation I told him that he can’t assume that I speak/understand Spanish . He reply back was that the majority of his customers are Hispanics . Which I don’t see nothing wrong with that but him assuming that I was Hispanic base in my appearance is wrong.What is going on people we need to start complaining and making sure that other people don’t ever experience this type of service Interject is nothing with out customers.
