It was a very cozy and quiet place; I slept very well. The room had all the necessary items and appliances: a large refrigerator, a washing machine, a gas stove, and so on. Also, the best part for me was that there were several towels in different sizes.

This property is not properly priced. Be warned: 1. There is no paved or flat path leading to the entrance. You must navigate an uneven narrow grassy path flanked by a fence and the side of the building with no stepping stones or pavers and nothing to hold onto. Not the safest/easiest for anyone using a cane, walker or mobility device. 2. The door: you must use both hands to enter & exit the door. That’s not ADA compliant. The bottom door handle was covered in tape. Theres no way to lock the door from the inside. Can only lock outside using keypad. We slept with silverware perched on the door handle as a makeshift alarm to warn us if anyone opened the door. 3. Cleanliness: filthy floor. Don’t take your shoes & socks off. You’ll have sooty feet. Dishes were dirty with food particles. Dust evrywhere. Silverfish. 4. Air con chills only main room. You must close closet & bathroom doors to get main room cold enough to sleep. Don’t bother cooking. It makes the room too hot. Bthrm was ALWAYS TOO HOT. 5. General: Needs more hangers, hooks & dresser. Sloppy paint slapped on floor boards, ceiling, door frame. Shower head fell off onto my companions head at 1st use. Reported it immediately. Property mgr said it worked before we arrived (as if WE broke it?!) The maintenance man agreed it was old/broken & he replaced it. Don’t book this place. It’s gross. Great idea & location-bad execution. Needs care.
