A renovated 4-bedroom, 2-bath Seffner home for up to 12 guests with a screened, heated saltwater pool, 10 minutes from the Seminole Hard Rock Casino. A screened pool, a gazebo and a ping pong table make it a fit for two families, casino weekends and theme-park weeks.



An open-concept living, dining and kitchen area holds the whole group, with new furniture and a hotel-fresh renovation throughout. Out back, the screened saltwater pool is where afternoons go, with patio furniture, a gazebo and a gas grill in a fenced yard. Two king rooms, two queen rooms and a bed in the game room sleep 12.

GOOD TO KNOW BEFORE YOU BOOK

★ Setting: a quiet residential street in Seffner. Quiet hours are 10 pm–8 am; please keep noise respectful day and night.

★ Optional pool heating is available for $35 per night and must be added for the entire stay at booking. The electric heater raises the water 15–20°F above the day's low, so a 50°F morning means a 65–70°F pool. Heat cannot be switched on or off mid-stay.

★ Bathrooms & beds: 2 full baths for up to 12 guests. Beds: 2 king rooms, a queen room, a queen-plus-bunk room and one bed in the game room.

★ Pets: dogs welcome, up to 3, $150 per pet. Pets must be disclosed before arrival; undisclosed pets are charged under the rental agreement.

★ Fees: the base rate covers 8 guests, then $15 per night for each guest above 8. Early check-in or late check-out is $50 each when available. Lost & found shipping is $100. Cleaning beyond our standard service may carry an extra fee.

★ After booking: a short rental agreement and ID check. The booking guest must be 25 or older. No parties or events, no smoking. Local guests within 50 miles, please message us first.

★ Beach gear: beach chairs, an umbrella and a cooler are available to rent; message us for pricing and availability.

Host were great and exceeded my expectations, they leave toothpaste and toothbrushes, and snacks, neighborhood is dated but the house was impeccable, location is around 30 mins east of the Tampa airport, pool was beautiful with comfortable water temperature, I would definitely stay there again!!
