Make your next family stay a little more playful. At Silver Hill in Valrico, your private pickleball court, heated swim spa and Florida-room gym are all steps from the living room. This 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom home sleeps up to 10 guests, including one guest able to sleep on the living-room couch, and swim spa heating is included at no extra charge.



🎾 A backyard worth staying home for

Start a friendly doubles match on the full-size private court; paddles and balls are ready for you. Between games, settle into the swim spa beneath the pergola. Built-in seating makes room for a soak, and the swim current adds another way to stay active. The above-ground spa is reached by steps, with an outdoor shower nearby.

The fenced turf yard also offers a gas grill, outdoor dining and seating beside the court. Enjoy a cookout while the next pair plays, then wind down before patio hours end at 10 PM.



Your workout, your schedule

The gym is in the bright Florida room, overlooking the backyard. A rowing machine, stationary bike, bench and free weights let you fit in a workout without leaving the house.



Comforts for time together

The open living room has a generous sectional, 75-inch Smart TV, PS5 and board games for movie nights and relaxed afternoons. Prepare everyday meals in the kitchen, with a stove, oven, refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, coffee makers and cookware. The connected dining area keeps everyone close to the conversation.



Bedrooms and bathrooms

Sleeps up to 10 guests: 9 across 3 bedrooms, with one more guest able to sleep on the living-room couch.

• Primary bedroom: king bed (2 guests), Smart TV and en-suite bathroom with walk-in shower.

• Bedroom 2: queen bed (2 guests) and Smart TV.

Bedroom 3: separate double bed (2 guests) plus a bunk bed sleeping 3, with one on top and two on the bottom; Smart TV and desk.

There are 2 full bathrooms: one with a walk-in shower and one with a tub/shower combination.



Wi-Fi, bedroom workspaces, Smart TVs in every bedroom, central air conditioning, and a washer and dryer support longer visits as well as quick getaways. Dogs are welcome under the pet policy below.



Your Valrico home base

Silver Hill sits on a residential cul-de-sac in Valrico, east of Tampa. Stay close to family and everyday conveniences in Valrico and Brandon, with shopping, groceries and restaurants along the SR-60 corridor. Plan a day out in Tampa, then return for a game on your own court and a warm soak. A car is recommended; travel times vary with traffic. This is a suburban home, so Tampa attractions and Gulf Coast beaches require a drive.



Arrival and access

Your group has private use of the home, court, swim spa, Florida-room gym and backyard. Smart-lock self check-in instructions are provided before arrival. Exterior security cameras and noise-monitoring devices are present; please review the listing’s safety disclosures.



Good to know

Check-in is from 4 PM; checkout is by 10 AM. Early check-in and late checkout are $50 each when available and approved in advance. Please wait for confirmation before changing your arrival or departure plans. Unapproved late checkout is charged at $50 per 30 minutes.



The base rate covers 8 guests; additional guests are $15 per night. Enter the full guest count when booking. Maximum occupancy is 10, with one guest able to sleep on the living-room couch.



Dogs are welcome: up to 3, maximum 50 lbs each, at $150 per dog. Disclose pets before arrival. Cats and exotic animals are not permitted. Undisclosed or unauthorized pets incur a $500 fee.



Pool/Spa Heating Fee: $35 per night;

IMPORTANT: The pool temperature cannot be adjusted during your stay in case you change your mind.



No parties or events. Only registered guests are allowed unless arranged before booking. Quiet hours are 10 PM–8 AM; patio hours are 8 AM–10 PM. No smoking. The home is not childproofed; supervise children, particularly around the swim spa and fitness equipment.



The booking guest must be at least 25, and the average age of adult guests must be 25 or older. Guests living within 50 miles must inquire before booking. A signed rental agreement, photo ID and valid credit card are required; complete the agreement within 24 hours of receipt.



Free driveway parking is available for up to 4 vehicles. Lost-and-found shipping is $100. Beach chairs, an umbrella and a cooler may be rented separately; ask about pricing and availability.



Please take care of the home; additional cleaning beyond the standard service may incur an extra fee. A rental agreement and credit card authorization must be signed for Emperor Rentals LLC.
