The room was dirty (stains on blankets), there was no iron or ironing board in the room (thankfully I brought my own), and the shower only provided piping hot water and nothing else (at least in my room). If you are looking for a cheap inexpensive hotel in the Tampa area, then I recommend this hotel. However, you are getting what you paid for.

Was in a very sketchy area. A lot of homeless living in hotel or around hotel. Was so uncomfortable with accommodation that we didn’t stay entire night due to not feeling safe. Room beside ours had been smashed down. They wanted a security deposit of 50$ that I was given back on inspection of no damage.

I hate to do this to a family business but I went in on Friday for one night and unfortunately the first room we had smelled of cigarettes and the bedsheets were dirty. We complained and they gave us a more renovated room but the cigarette smell was even stronger. We decided to leave the property and stay at a holiday inn. I do think they are working hard to renovate the property but it’s just not there yet.
