So many problems with this rental! Worst VRBO experience I’ve had. First of all, it is not one house, but three rental houses on one property. ALL three share of fence in backyard with no separation between the houses in the yard. We felt unsafe as a family and checked out early. The check-in process also was flawed. Check-in was at four and I did not receive the code to check in until 4:30. I messaged the owner three times the day of check-in and never received a response. I was actually on the phone with VRBO customer service and they helped me get the check-in code from the owner. The floors in the house were not really clean. They look clean, but after walking around barefooted for a couple hours, the bottom of our feet were dirty. Easy way to see that the floor really wasn’t clean.I recommend you do not stay here.

We enjoyed our stay immensely. The unit was clean and nicely furnished. The beds were very comfortable.The backyard was welcoming, and had a hot tub & a barbecue grill.It also had a large game room, with a PacMan video game, foosball & a comfy sofa.A few miles to The Tampa Riverwalk, Cruise Terminals & airport.I highly recommend this VRBO!

This place was fantastic! The property is spacious and comfortable, everything was super clean! My only quibble would be with the pillows on the twin beds, but that’s certainly a matter of preference and hosts can’t guess at that in advance. My family will definitely check out this place again when in Tampa!

This was a great late hour find. Had a previous (ABB) cancel on us, had less than a month to try and save our trip. And we found it! Close enough to grocery store and near a bus line. Plenty of room, that we didn’t feel crowded but still had the closeness for a small group.

Great time in Tampa

We went to Tampa to see my future son in law sing in an opera. Then spent the next day at a Beer-Bourbon and Bar b que festival. We fell in love with Ybor neighborhood

It felt like home

My mom and my family really enjoyed the home. We recommend this location to my in-laws as well. Will definitely be back again and hopefully this time for a little bit of a longer day. Everything was clean and the drive to the grocery store or anywhere wasn’t far.

Caution

The place is beautiful and clean. Dont be deceived by the drive time stated. Traffic makes it much longer. Guests staying in the other rental 4 ft from ours had a yelling/screaming match, threats to kill eachother, multiple people hitting one another, gate being slammed all next to the bedrooms. Until 4am. Just a sorry from the host.thethebedrooms.
