THE BACKYARD
The backyard does the talking. Your private pool is heated to a warm 82°F, so it's swim-ready year-round — float the afternoon away, fire up the grill, and gather around the fire pit once the sun goes down. Sink a few putts on the poolside putting green, then keep the evening going with corn hole, bocce, and Connect Four around the outdoor dining table.
THE GAME ROOM
Five full-size arcade machines, foosball, double-shootout basketball, and a popcorn machine — this is the room guests can't stop talking about, and the reason the kids (and the grown-ups) never want to leave.
THE LIVING SPACE AND KITCHEN
Inside, the layout is bright, open, and effortless — living, dining, and kitchen flow together so nobody is left out. The kitchen is fully equipped for real cooking, with full-size appliances, cookware, and the small stuff most rentals forget. A dedicated barista-level coffee bar has your mornings handled. There's a workspace with high-speed WiFi, central air, ceiling fans, a brand-new full-size washer and dryer, and Smart TVs throughout.
THE BEDROOMS (sleeps 8)
- Primary suite — King bed, en-suite bath with walk-in shower, French doors straight out to the pool
- Bedroom 2 — King bed, shares a full bath
- Bedroom 3 — Queen bed, shares a full bath
- Pool house — Queen bed with its own private en-suite, tucked in the backyard by the pool; a semi-private retreat reached through the yard
Every bed is dressed in fresh linens with extra pillows, blankets, room-darkening shades, and charging ports.
GOLF
Tampa's three City courses are all an easy drive: Rogers Park Golf Course, an 18-hole public course wrapped on three sides by the Hillsborough River (about 10-15 minutes); Babe Zaharias Golf Course in Forest Hills (about 15 minutes); and Rocky Point Golf Course out by the airport in Westshore (about 15-20 minutes).

GETTING AROUND
Tampa International (TPA) is about 12-15 minutes away — one of the easiest big-city airports to get in and out of — and St. Pete-Clearwater (PIE) is about 40 minutes as a backup. Once you're here, Uber and Lyft are everywhere in Tampa and show up in minutes, so plenty of guests skip the rental car entirely. The neighborhood itself is walkable: Plymouth Park, Armature Works, and the Riverwalk are all an easy stroll.
PARKING
Two cars fit in the private driveway, with free street parking out front for extras. No permits, no garages, no paid lots.
ACCESS AND HOUSE RULES
Self check-in at 4:00 PM via smart lock — your entry details arrive with your arrival instructions, so there's no key pickup. Check-out is 10:00 AM. The home is mostly single-level, with a few steps to be aware of: about five at the front entrance, a couple into the game room, and a couple at the primary suite's French doors to the pool. The fourth bedroom is the detached pool house, reached through the backyard.
This is a quiet, family-friendly residential street with neighbors close on both sides, so please keep evenings considerate — quiet hours are 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM, and sound carries out back. No parties or events, ever. Max occupancy is 8 guests, strictly enforced. No smoking or vaping anywhere on the property. Guests must be 25+. Up to 2 dogs under 50 lbs are welcome with a $250 non-refundable fee per dog. A $500 refundable damage deposit applies, with an additional deposit for 1-night stays. For your privacy and security there is a single exterior camera at the front door — outside only, never indoors and never in the pool area. There's no lifeguard, so please keep an eye on little ones around the water.
We're looking forward to hosting you. — Max, Happy Place Stays
