The room was very clean-except for the boxer shorts we found in the bathroom cabinet 😂😂. Staff were friendly and helpful. Location was perfect-we were steps away from the Arena ( we were there to see Stevie Nicks!).

It is very nice to be in a resident building without the traditional hotel checkin. All the instructions were clear, detailed, easy to follow, and I felt like I already lived there. Thank you for a very nice stay.

The room was clean during my arrival. But the lock on the door was malfunctioning and I had to change rooms. It was resolved immediately, thankfully. The second room had hair in the shower and someone’s contact lens on the bathroom door.

Room was big and clean with a kitchen, laundry in unit and smart TV with streaming. Gym is nice as well. However, this is not a regular hotel with a lobby reception and staff onsite 24/7. To get problems corrected you need to call a number and if it's after a certain time, you will have to wait until the next day.

Our room was great! Easy check in! But the canopy ocer the bed had jnset lights. We suggest directions to turn on and off the ligjts to the bed be left in the room. We couldnt find a switch so we had to sleep with lights on 😂

The clean room. The amazing minimalist decor. The amenities. The location. The peace and quiet. All of it was perfect. My one issue was not knowing how to check-in prior to arrival as I was driving across state and didn’t check my emails. Now that I know, this will always be my first choice when visiting downtown Tampa.

Great rooms, new, clean, everything worked. It was much better than I was expecting. The full fridge and freezer was a nice touch. The bed was also very comfortable. Almost blackout curtains. Left impressed.

The room itself was very nice. getting into the building and room was pretty straight forward, but it would have been nice to be sent the check in information a little but earlier. My main issue with the stay was the parking. I booked my room though Expedia. On the app this location was advertised as having free parking, and throughout the check out process i was not given an option to book a parking spot as well. So, when I received the email at the time of check in I was surprised that I needed to pay for a parking spot. Because I had not known about pre-paying for parking (along with payment processing issues) I ended up being late for my dinner reservations. After getting everything settled the room was very nice. The lighting options were nice and interior design was beautiful. I would consider booking a room here again. Also, our Ori bed was not working.

From the beginning customer care was great to us. The hotel was beautiful and the room was so cool and had everything we needed. Walking distance to some food and gay bars which was great. Worth the stay for sure.
