Went for the hot tub and of course k get out to it and it’s ice cold not working and also the wrestling teams stayed there and it sounded like WW3 on each side of us and in the hallway. After complaining many times, they finally addressed it.

While the Hotel room was not bad, and the staff was friendly. On more than one accusation my wife and I had found roaches coming from the bathroom. As you can imagine, that is pretty disgusting. We told staff, nothing was done about it. Very disappointing for an otherwise good establishment and brand.
