Staff was helpful and nice but hotel is grimy and dingy, towels and bed linens worn out and frayed, carpet is dirty and everything felt “sticky” and dusty. The “smoking area” is also basically the front door entry way so every time you walk in and out you have to walk through the smoke and cigarette butts and spit all over the front walk.

Clean, look like newly remodeled rooms w/fridge, microwave etc , a lot of USB plug ins which is really nice & quality gym w dual pulley trainer. Breakfast was what you would expect- they have a nice outdoor patio area where you can eat that is covered. Just be careful in the shower- the grab bar is there for a reason-they must have the commando 9000 shower head, the water pressure will knock a lesser person into the wall - but its better than low pressure showers. Would definitely stay again when in Tampa.

Convenient location for early airport departures. Pool area is very nice for children and located close to the lobby area. Front counter personnel were friendly and extremely helpful. The lady who was working the desk when we arrived, was excellent!

It was a good experience. We ended up in a suite it was me and one other but the room itself slept 8-10 people it was insane. I was glad about it though because it’s exactly what is needed when my family travel so I’m glad I booked here. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. I wouldn’t call out any frills but it was consistent if that makes sense to anyone.

Everything was so accommodating...I walk using a walker and had requested a suite close to the elevator...and the corner suite was perfect. The front desk clerk Trinadad....got us checked in promptly. Breakfast on both days were great it was nice not to have to leave to get nourishment. Will book Homewood again soon even just for a staycation.
