We were not able to check in until after 5 pm although my room was booked months in advance. We showed up at 4 pm (the check in time) and were given the run around that our room wasn’t ready due to them being short staffed and the fact they were hosting teams from a soccer tournament. If you can not accommodate the amount of guests, don’t book them. I asked to speak to the manager, who was not present. The elevator was noisy and when I looked into it realized the inspection certificate expired 08/01/25. We had originally booked the hotel for 2 nights, however left after the first night and went elsewhere due to the conditions of this hotel.

Made my reservation a month in advance and when I got into the property at check-in time there wasn’t a room available for me and my partner and the receptionist told us to wait 30-45min. After waiting the said time I went back to check in once more and was told they didn’t have a room yet and made me wait another 30min until they called and assigned me a room. Room service came in while me and my partner were still in the room in the morning so I told them to come back after 1 hour since we had plans to leave and come back later. When we came back we saw that they never came for room service and I even had to call the front desk for fresh blankets and a mattress cover. While we showered we started getting a weird allergic reaction to something inside of the bathtub and made me and my partner feel sick and sneeze all night long which wasn’t convenient for either of us. We tried searching to see if it was something that we had used or left but it was indeed the rooms bathtub and water.
