The facility was upgraded but it seemed like some things were missed. Our room key would not open the door and maintenance wasn’t able to get it open for 30 minutes. We asked it to be fixed the next day and nothing was done about it. It took maintenance an hour to get it open the second night with a master key box. No apologies from management were given or care for the inconvenience it caused us.
