The shower was too difficult for my elderly husband to get into so they moved us immediately into the room across the hall which was perfect. My husband got a large wound on his shin while we were out and when we came back your front desk gal rushed about and got us bandaging. Bless her heart. She was so kind and wonderful. Well done you!
