We had a fantastic stay. The front desk staff treated us like gold. The room was super clean and modern. The breakfast was very good and staff there extremely nice and worked so hard. Great location with many restaurants gas stations and local things to go. Perfect hotel for pre cruise at Tamport port just about 11 mins away. We will definitely stay at this hotel again on our next cruise. Just wonderful.

My stay was good, and the staff was courteous, but a few things prevented my stay from being rated as great. First off, when I entered the hotel on December 27, there was an odor in the lobby area. The breakfast wasn't good at all, and the water in the room didn't get hot, only lukewarm. The staff offered to change my room, but it was smaller, which wasn't an option for me since I paid for a king room. There were also a few guests who obviously had never seen an African American woman before, judging by the crazy looks I received. Besides that, the hotel was nice, and I would book again if traveling to Tampa.

Staff was awesome. Breakfast was awesome. Room was decent. House keeping needs to pay better attention to detail. Shower had old soap residue from last guest on it. Opened the blinds to look out the windows completely covered in fingerprints and smudges. There was a vehicle outside playing loud music unti about midnight. Not a horrible experience but not the best either.
