The location and proximity to Raymond James Stadium is awesome, a short 10 minute walk. It has everything you need. I have no idea what some of the bougie people leaving reviews expect, but this place is exactly what is described. Perfect!

The property was clean and well furnished. Has just enough kitchen utensils and pots/pans you can cook just about anything. We were attending a Bucs game and it was a perfect location to walk to the game. Overall a great experience, would definitely recommend and/or stay there again!
