Travelling with 2 teenagers. We reserved two rooms with 2 queen beds. When we arrived, they told us that they gave our rooms away and gave us 2 rooms with 2kings. They wanted our kids to sleep on pullouts. (Which we found dirty socks in) and they just gave us sheets and made us make the bed ourselves. Would not recommend this hotel to other families.

The room, staff, amenities were all great. I would stay here again, but it did start out rocky from the airport (PIE). When I booked through a third party, they told me the hotel shutteled out of both airports so I went ahead and book the room, but come to find out they do not shuttel from the St.Petterson/Clearwater Airport ( PIE ) So I had to hey a taxi or uber to the hotel. Other than that the stay was amazing and the front desk staff was very helpful with refurring shuttel out to cruise port. ( BECAUSE THEY DO NOT SHUTTEL TO CRUISE PORT FROM THAT LOCATION).
