Due to the flight delay, wasn’t able to get to the hotel until after midnight around 3 am, my whole family was exhausted with my 3 young children. The hotel only one reception lady was very mean and not friendly, or trying to help, she said she just started doing computer audit so can not check in until 45 mins later. She refused to help check in, yet didn’t let us call the hotel boss owner to report the situation, she said she would not share boss’s number. Also, we offered to pay cash and maybe can do paper work first, computer check in later, but everything got refused by her. She was very unfriendly and said we must sit there and wait, also could not cancel and refund the night she said, so my husband and I both were very upset and pissed and so did not even check in and we left. We would like to have a dispute and full refund for the night.
