Didn’t appreciate the added grounds fee - not the money so much as an added charge after - what I agreed to pay through third party as all inclusive fees. In my opinion it’s dishonest and manifests greed. This doesn’t speak well of Hampton Inn which had been my hotel of choice when I travel.

Stay Away! I’m an avid traveler and needed a last minute hotel due to death in family. This hotel deserves to be shut down. I reserved room day before and manager called asking for payment, that has never happened at any hotel. I arrived and the lobby was fine but the room was eww. The furniture was old and damaged. Rug looked like it hasn’t been vacuumed nor cleaned in years. Mold in bathroom, bed was ok at best. Pay a little more and go to another hotel!!!
