Room was clean, staff were helpful, room was quiet. I ordered a Club Sandwich, menu said sourdough (white) however I received a standard white sliced sandwhich bread, plus the sand which was not presented like the photo in your menu it was cut into quarters as I would cut for my child. Please provide options for the guests if you are not supplying as per your stated menu. This was disappointing. As I own an Organic Sourdough Company in Qld I was looking forward to the late lunch. Staff were wonderful and it's well placed for airport. Massive comfy bed. A lot of money for room service with very average luke warm food. A very dark room! Will stick to budget hotels for the airport if back again as they were better!
