When I arrived, the second floor smelled strongly of rotting fish. Dirty towels were piled up in the hallway, and I literally had to step over them just to reach my room. The front desk clerk made things even more unsettling—she asked if my boyfriend was a local, because “locals aren’t allowed to stay here.” While he isn’t local, that comment immediately made me feel like the area was unsafe. On top of that, the back stairwell door leading to the second floor was broken, which meant anyone from outside could just walk in and head upstairs. Between the broken security, the smell, and the overall lack of cleanliness, I felt unsafe during my stay.

It's like a flop house. Dirty towels line the inside hallways, outside the doors, for the entire day and night. Cockroaches in the closet. 1 ply toilet paper. Burn holes in the bedspread. Yuck.

Clean, safe, allows dogs, only negative, the person in the room above me must have been a heavy footed elephant...very noisy stomps, thank goodness they settled not long after 10:30 pm or I wouldn't have been able to sleep, they were so loud.

It was only 1 night. Everything was easy except trying to find how to get into the parking lot coming from a different direction. We also had a medical incident while we were gone. It would be nice to have a wheelchair on site just in case it is needed.
