Strip any used beds, gather used towels, and store extra beds
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Gather the used towels and put them into the washer/dryer, do not start it. Strip used bedding and place it in front of the washer/dryer.
Make sure that all TVs and electronics are off. If using the heaters place the thermostat to 60 degrees. If using air conditioners set to 75. Please wash your dishes and place them on the drying rack.
Make sure that the door is locked upon leaving by pressing the “Yale” sign or by turning the lock before exiting.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
