My family asks i stayed for one night. It looked pretty decent compared to other hotels. The hotel itself was on the older side. Our room had whole in the wall and the mini fridge would not keep cool. Breakfast was great and staff where friendly.

Booked a hotel with a pool for my kiddo. You can imagine the meltdowns when we found the pool without water or upkeep. I’d call before to see if the pool is functioning- it wasn’t while we were there. The hallway desperately needed a vacuum. Beds The breakfast was better than i expected though.

This hotel needs a major renovation. Furniture needs to be replaced. Bathroom needs a total remodel. Hallway carpet needs to be replaced. Breakfast wasn’t too good. Ms G who served breakfast was very friendly. I don’t blame her for the bad breakfast. She was working with what she had. The elevator was slow. I saw the inspection certificate and it’s been 3 years since the last inspection. The common areas need to be cleaned.

Both slidin doors doors to the front entrance were broken and remained open. It did not feel very safe being that hotel sits on 35. Loose tile in bathroom and elevator. Fire alarm went for 20 minutes straight starting at 5:30 am

Breafast was limited and bland, alot of the normal items available at other Holiday Inn Expresses was not available here. The bed looked as if somebody had just gotten out of it as the sheets were wrinkled. The facility is dated in need of proper maintenance and repair, the elevator is going to get someone hurt, this thing is in desperate need of inspection and repair before a lawsuit happens. The landscape is horrid and the lightpole that was knocked down from last year is still laying in the field.

This hotel is an embarrassment to the Holiday Inn name. All the common areas were dirty and without air conditioning. Outside there was accumulated trash including beer cans and food refuse. We weren’t told at check in about the a/c problems so when we came down for breakfast we could either eat in the heat with a small fan blowing or we could leave. We chose to leave. We were told that we would be charged a $25 fee up front for “incidentals” which would be refunded after we left. I’m still waiting for my money

This is not a regular holiday inn expess. You will be very disappointed is not what is expected. The pool area is out of order. Whar they call aso called gym has a couple treadmills and 1 free weight not even a set. The room has a smell and carpet diesnt look clean. So if you planned on a holiday inn express ,this isnt it.
