The staff that chekced us in was fantastic, friendly,, knowledgeable, just a great experience. The pool area was soooooo warm it felt like swimming in the summer. Sad that the hot tub no longer works. It was an amazing one when it did. There is an attached mall to the property. With something for everyone. Even vegan options. A few shops and very friendly staff. The parking garage is security patrolled and saw no less than 3 security guards in the mall. The hot tub suite was beautiful, with cookies and bottled water waiting. As well as a hand written christmas card. Welcoming us to the hotel. Make this hotel a forsure stop. The breakfast was good, fresh and hot

Rooms were downgraded from two double beds to 1 bed and a pullout. No notification until arrival which wasn't ideal for rooms with 4 teenagers in our group. Otherwise, hotel is located downtown and breakfast was good at the restaurant.

Je crois qu'il y avait un tournoi de hockey ce weekend là, car la piscine était complètement inaccessible, elle était remplie d'enfants qui s'amusaient à crier et éclabousser et ils jouaient dans les couloirs. En temps normal, l'hôtel doit être plus agréable, mais notre séjour à été moins agréable nous n'avons pas pu profiter de la piscine. Puis le stationnement était complet, nous avons dû nous stationner à côté c'était supposer être gratuit comme nous étions client à l'hôtel, mais nous avons dû payer 25$ pour sortir. Nous allons essayer un autre hôtel lors de notre prochain passage à Sudbury.

Clean room with bright, white towels. The heater/AC unit wasn't calibrated properly with the thermostat, but we were able to get a comfortable temperature with some adjustments. Breakfast was hot, well stocked, and the restaurant staff were friendly. Parking was convenient.
