Staff was rude. Threatened to throw my dogs out before they even arrived. Room was messy and a lot junkier than pictured. Lots of shady men staying at the hotel. Not a great place for a family with a 5 year old girl. The “waterpark” was filthy. The pools had a slimy film floating on top of them.

Room was disguising lights didn’t work. Bathroom had dirt and bugs on countertop. Smelled old and stale. Also smelled of cleaning chemicals not a deep down clean. As soon as we walked in we knew we would never stay there. It was a risk to our health. Would not recommend this hotel. Ironically it was the last one available to be booked in the entire hotel metaverse. That should tell the story.

Not at all what I thought I was booking. Almost all the pictures show cute little cabins and I ended up with a motel room that had a hole in the wall. Very misleading!

It was terrible we left after one night were do I start half the light bulbs were burn out the patio door screen did not stay on the runner smell bad the pool was out of order.

Pictures shown about place being reserved are deceiving, they show cabins, but they have nothing to do with the room you are renting!! I believe this is false advertising and Expedia should check into this! I booked a room for 4 adults thinking we were getting a room that sleep six, and that was not the case. I did call Expedia and they were able to get me an upgrade, but not the cabin that I thought I was renting. Later I was told they were rented thru an Airbnb.

Nice clean rooms! Friendly staff and helpful. We had a wonderful time. We had a lakeside room,which I'd recommend for anyone. Sunrise over the lake was beautiful!

This “cabin” looked nothing like the cabin photos on the listing. Totally run down. We couldn’t even take a shower due to cold water and spiders in the shower. Now, this one particular night is a legend in our family of that one night of our trip that was gross. I am rather proud that I toughed it out. I felt like a real wilderness woman out in the wild. (Room was non refundable so we were stuck)

It’s very run down and not very clean. The toilet clogged, the pillows were oddly small, there were no cups, and the safety bar in the shower was missing (they put some tape over the gaping hole) which made it difficult and unsafe for my husband who has a medical condition that effects his balance. The staff was super friendly and helpful, but even the nicest people in the world can’t make up for a poor facility. They REALLY need to invest in rehabbing their property before it’s beyond repair.

Our room was very clean. It’s a very old building, very simple but clean and comfortable. Was a very low price so well worth it. Only issue was that one of the windows was boarded up on one pane of glass. The indoor pool was also empty and appeared non functional. No microwave or coffee pot in the room.

This place is a dump. First the pool was empty, nothing on the website or while booking stated the pool was closed. Beds were not comfortable and there was hair between the sheets. No lighting so couldnt see walking upstairs and tripped into room. Walls and ceiling were peeling
