Disliked: Cleanliness, staff & service, amenities, property conditions & facilities
starting with the parking, the parking lot was overfilled and had people wandering between cars at different hours of the night. The room itself had to be checked several times because the cleanliness of some of the areas looked appalling. I had to check for bed bugs four different times because I wasn’t sure if the sheets and the bed were actually clean. We got a room with a “jacuzzi” but it looked like it had never cleaned, the tub had sever yellowing and discoloration, and the caulking looked yellow cracking and missing in some spot. the porch had been covered in cobwebs and clearly had not been kept up. this place if i could give it a zero i most certainly would, we live in america not a third world country. learn to clean for the love of god. because it was gross as hell, oh and i didn’t take a shower their because of how unclean the bathroom was, and the toilet made you feel like you were going to break just by sitting down. it moved a ton and was not fully secured to the floor or sealed by someone like a plumber. good god never again.
