We needed a room that would sleep 2 adults and 3 children. This hotel on the island fit the bill and we booked it. Once we arrived, the inside was very clean and well kept. The room was great, very comfortable beds and a great walk in shower. The employees all were very hospitable and helpful. We would stay here again and recommend it.

Clean and bed was comfortable, my only complaint would be the paper thin walls, I could literally hear the people in the room above me like almost hear their conversation and definitely hear when they laugh and footsteps, also the noise from the hallways. Staff were friendly, breakfast was ok.

Very well maintained and clean room! Our room was spacious for a family of 4. Love the decor and color pallette! Staff were all helpful. Luggage pick up and drop off from the ferry dock was a treat! Towels were nice and soft! Few things we expected to be better is breakfast, we were hoping the eggs were warm and fluffier pillows. We would recommend and go back! We enjoyed our stay!

Front desk staff, especially Hanna and Sally, were super warm, professional and helpful. I requested a room switch and they were able to accommodate me within a few minutes. Sally was always available with a smile and friendly greeting. Room was quiet, nice view and comfortable.

There was a strong paint odor throughout the hotel, including the guest rooms. This should have been addressed before reopening the property for bookings. Room was spacious and clean. Hotel location was excellent. Breakfast room was very small. They had an outdoor seating area, but the weather was cold in the morning to use it. Our room was not ready at check-in time (3 pm). We had to wait for 45 minutes until it was.
