Rooms were clean, I will say the cleanest hotel room I have stayed in, in a long time. Staff was super friendly which makes everything easier and better. No breakfast was the only down side, they do provide coffee and muffins in the morning.

Staff was wonderful. Room was dated but clean. Location was convenient. Biggest complaint was the lack of working electrical outlets. We had to unplug lights and clock just to get enough to charge our electronics.

Not happy that they advertise “breakfast included” and that’s packaged muffins and coffee. When booking with kids the included BREAKFAST is important for saving money. I don’t think that should be allowed. Also the hot tub water was brown.

I booked this hotel based on the glowing ratings. I can only assume they bought 10/10 ratings from a service, because I cannot imaging anyone rewarding this hotel 10/10. Our room was poorly maintained, clean in some spots and very dirty in others. I would not recommend this hotel.

Property needs a complete overhaul. Towel rack was ripped of the wall, wallpaper was peeling off the wall, floors were dirty. Breakfast was one stale muffin and a cup of coffee. The picture posted on the Expedia was nothing like it was. I can’t believe we paid over $300 a night. I could go on and on. So disappointed.
