"We had a great getaway at casa Minnewaska. The house is very well taken care of. You know the owners care for their house and it shows in all the little touches you’ll find during your stay, ie well appointed kitchen, comfy beds, rocking chairs on the front porch, enough towels for everyone, etc. it’s a great layout and secluded enough to feel like you are away from it all, but close enough to town and fine restaurants to be engaged when you want to be. Overall highly recommend!"

"We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. The house was as described, cute little neighborhood and very quiet. We felt very at home and cozy in this house. Special details we loved: the incense, candles, and lots of throw blankets. For fellow cooking aficionados: there is good stainless steel cookware along with some non stick style skillets. Also there is a medium sized soup pot. A couple big knives and good wooden & plastic spatulas/big spoons/mixers etc. One note, I am 5'9" and the shower head was very close to my head, so if you are around 6' the shower may not be very comfortable. Very good communication with the host and it was easy to check in and check out of the property. The internet connection was very good the entire time. Also, the lighting in the house is lovely, lots of dimmers and warm light which I appreciate. The ambience is very cozy and warm."

"Some friends and our pups were looking to spend a nice weekend upstate with our dogs to relax and spend time, and this place was perfect. The location is GREAT! It is near hiking trails, some breweries/orchards and while we didn’t go to dinner, there were restaurants around as well. The house was as described, spacious and had a lot to offer. We loved spending time in the hot tub and around the fire pit. The jam shed was a lot of fun for some in our group too! Check in was easy and when we had a couple of questions regarding our stay, the host was helpful immediately- even arranged to have wood dropped off when there wasn’t any. We loved every minute & would absolutely stay here again."

"We rented this place for a 4-day mid-week getaway to celebrate our anniversary. This was a perfect location that was near quaint little towns with farm to table restaurants, and a state park for hiking. We also loved that we were able to soak in the hot tub on a cool night afterwards, and warm up by the fireplace with a cup of tea.
