"Listing is as described. House was the perfect size for the 7 of us; 6 shared beds. 2 bedrooms and 1 full bath upstairs/each bedroom has an AC unit and ceiling fans. 2 more bedrooms on the main floor; larger has an AC unit; smaller one does not so if you sleep with the bedroom door closed will get stuffy. Another full bath downstairs and AC unit off the dining which sufficiently cooled the house. None of the doors/windows have screens but considering the area bugs are unavoidable; we were careful coming in and out so wasn’t an issue. Be prepared with bug spray if you plan to hangout outdoors. Alternating showers so there was enough hot water for everyone wasn’t an issue for us. Got to see quite a few fawn in the area so had the be extra careful/alert driving in and out of the area but the baby deer were adorable. Owner was very responsive and helpful. Overall enjoyed our stay and would stay here again."

"Well apportioned, uniquely designed, log cabin home with modern amenities to many to list in this review. Anthony was communicative and accommodated our family of 15. Enjoyed a hike to Awosting Lake and returned to this home to grill, sit pool side and relax. Highly recommend this property. Ah, the basement holds many surprises!!!! "this was a short stay with family members meeting half way from RI and PA. Comfortable sitting area in living room, and all the beds were comfortable as well. Nice to have bathrooms for all! Kitchen missing a few things, no dishwasher so a dishrack and dishtowels would have been helpful. No toaster, blender, tea kettle, microwave or cutting board. Bathrooms had no towel racks or grab bars in shower and I felt unsafe. Front door access had no railings or landing so entry there was difficult, We used the back deck slider and parked on entry road to vineyard for getting in and out of car... New Paltz is a wonderful area, lots of cute shops, abundance of restaurants and we enjoyed driving around the countryside..."
